1.1. Welcome to the website www.onesixartmodels.com (hereinafter also referred to as “ONESIXTARTMODELS”, or “Web”). The purchase of products in www.onesixartmodels.com presuppose the reading, knowledge and acceptance of these General Contracting Conditions (from now on also as: “General Conditions”) before the beginning of the contracting procedure, which govern the contracting procedure in which the person responsible for the contractual offer is with Duplimodel S.L. with CIF B47357785, located in the Centro de Artesanía de la Diputación ARTIS, local 7, Carretera de Carramonte, 17. 47160 Portillo, Valladolid, Spain.
1.2. The consumer is informed of these General Conditions of Contract, which have been made known to the consumer prior to the start of the contract procedure, and by clicking on the button “I have read and accept the General Conditions”, the consumer agrees to accept them in full and without any reservations, as well as any particular conditions that may exist.
a) Formalities for concluding the contract: within the Web you must select the type of product you want, the screen will open with the details of the product. If you wish to buy it, once you have filled in the shipping and invoicing details, the payment gateway will open so that you can enter your bank details; you must read and accept the General Contracting Conditions, and proceed with payment; once you have completed the steps set out above, the contracting process will be complete.

2.- IDENTIFICATION OF THE PARTIES
2.1. The responsible for the contractual offer is Duplimodel S.L. (hereinafter also: “COMPANY”), a limited company of Spanish nationality with CIF B47357785 and domiciled at Centro de Artesanía de la Diputación ARTIS, local 7, 47160 Portillo, Carretera de Carramonte, 17.

2.3. The consumer is the purchaser of the products and/or services on the portal and must be over eighteen (18) years of age and have full capacity to act to conclude binding contracts.
The purpose of the General Conditions is to determine the legal conditions applicable to the sales procedure between the COMPANY and the consumer to enable the purchase of goods and/or services offered by the COMPANY.
4.- OUR COMMERCIAL POLICY
4.1. The COMPANY offers the products for sale on www.onesixartmodels.com exclusively to final consumers who are natural persons of legal age, who act within www.onesixartmodels.com for purposes other than those pertaining to the commercial, business or professional activities they may carry out. 5.- HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
5.1. As indicated above, before proceeding to purchase the products by transmitting the order form, the user will be asked to read carefully and expressly accept these Terms and Conditions. We recommend that all users print a copy and file or reproduce another copy for their personal use.
5.2. To order one or more products on www.onesixartmodels.com, the user must follow the steps indicated in the purchase process, registering, completing the requested data, confirming the purchase of the products added to the Cart and making the payment of the order.
When confirming the purchase of the products added to the Cart, the user will have all the information related to the order in process (including the cost associated to the transport of the order to the indicated address) and all the corresponding contractual data.

6.- PRODUCTS AND PRICES

6.3. The prices of the products on sale at www.onesixartmodels.com always appear in euros and include the corresponding VAT. To these prices will be added the relevant shipping costs. The shipping rates will be communicated to the User before formalizing the order, and must be expressly accepted by the User when confirming the purchase.
6.4. The prices of the products may be subject to updates.

7.- ORDERS AND PAYMENT
7.1.The user who buys products on the website undertakes to pay at the time of confirming the purchase.
7.2. The payment of the price of the products and the respective shipping costs may be made by credit or debit card (VISA or MASTERCARD, VISA ELECTRON and other similar), Paypal.
The COMPANY is committed to using the most efficient and secure methods of current technology to transmit data and payments for each transaction. These shipments will always be encrypted through a secure server.
7.3. The bank card with which the payment is made must be active.
7.4. If the user makes the payment by credit or debit card, the bank details will be transmitted through a secure protocol of the bank in charge of providing the respective remote electronic payment services, without any third party being able to access them under any circumstances. 7.5. The purchase price of the products and shipping costs will be debited from the user’s current account at the time of order confirmation.

8.- SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTS
8.1. The territorial scope of sales through www.onesixartmodels.com is national and international.
8.2. The COMPANY undertakes to deliver the products in perfect condition to the address indicated by the user in the order form, and which in any case must be within the aforementioned territory. In order to optimize deliveries, we recommend the user to indicate an address to which the order can be delivered within normal working hours.
8.3. The COMPANY will not be responsible for errors caused in the delivery when the delivery address entered by the user in the order form does not correspond to reality or has been omitted.
8.4. The maximum period set for deliveries is thirty (30) days, established by default in the Law. However, the usual delivery time of the COMPANY is 3-6 working days, from the date of the order.
These deadlines are average and therefore an estimate. Therefore, it is possible that they may vary for logistical reasons or force majeure. In cases of delays in deliveries, the COMPANY will inform its customers as soon as it is aware of them.
Each delivery is considered to have been made from the moment the transport company makes the product available to the user, which is materialised through the control system used by the transport company.
8.5. If the user is absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a receipt indicating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery.
8.6. If after 7 working days from the departure to delivery of the order the delivery has not been arranged, the user must contact the COMPANY. In case the user does not proceed in this way, after 10 working days from the exit to distribution of the order, it will be returned to the COMPANY’s warehouses.
8.7. If the delivery could not be made due to the loss of the package, our carrier will start an investigation. In these cases, the response times of our carriers usually range from one to three weeks. In such cases, the COMPANY will contact the user to decide whether to cancel the order and pay the amount paid (cost of the products and shipping costs), or whether to send a new order, at no additional cost.
8.8. At the time of delivery, the user must check the good condition of the package with the transport company that, on behalf of the COMPANY, delivers the product requested, indicating on the delivery note any anomaly that may be detected in the packaging. If later, once the product has been checked, the user detects any incident such as knocks, breaks or any damage caused to it by the shipment, he must inform the COMPANY by e-mail in the shortest time possible in order to process the return.
9.- WITHDRAWAL, DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND RETURNS
9.1. For the user’s convenience, he can return a product by requesting a collection from his home through our transport agency. The expenses derived from this collection, shipping costs, shall be borne by the customer. Unless the reason for the return is attributable to the COMPANY (defective product, wrong delivery, etc.) In which case the collection will be free.

9.3. Any change will be subject to availability in the store and to the presentation of the delivery note on the return date. In addition, the products must be unused and with the original labeling.
9.4. The return of the amount to the customer will be made after receiving and reviewing the garment in Central in the same means of payment that the customer made the purchase.
9.5. The user has 15 calendar days to make changes or returns. After that time no changes are allowed.
